Below we have links to relevant Industry Webinars covering all aspects of practical and administrative yard management. These are held by equestrian professionals and experts and cover everything from Livery Contracts to equine welfare, behaviour, routine care and helping with your costings. The webinars are all free to watch.

As part of their #SummerofSafety campaign, Claire Williams of BETA is joined by Cheryl Johns of LiveryList and the Yard Owner Hub to discuss all aspects of running a yard and equine management over the summer, as well as hints and tips on looking for livery, and good yard management and practices that can be adopted year round.

WHW are joined by Equine Psychology Specialist Sharon Smith who explains what the 3Fs stand for, why they are an essential part of managing horses and providing horses with positive experiences, how the 3Fs can be provided to horses and key considerations to make sure horses individual needs are met.

WHW are joined by vet and certified clinical animal behaviourist Gemma Pearson to discuss common horse behaviour issues. Jordan and Gemma explore why horses perform certain behaviours, their cognitive abilities and how this can affect their behaviour, common misconceptions horse owners have regarding certain behaviours and strategies to help re-train behaviours.

The webinar will be presented by Dr Grummitt who is one of the founders of @Gul Outdoor Therapy. Riding schools are branching our into equine assisted services as a part of their offering to clients. Many children, young people and adults find that caring for and riding horses benefits their mental well-being, and this quality time with horses can often be sourced through their local riding schools.
