Aria Grace Law CIC, the UK’s only not-for-profit corporate law firm, and The Equine Law Firm are delighted to announce that Hannah Bradley has joined Aria Grace Equine Law. Hannah joins Jodie Seddon and Laura Hillier adding dispute resolution & litigation to the existing market-leading expertise in all areas of the equestrian sector.
LiveryList works in conjunction with Aria Grace Equine Law to provide guidance and support to yard owners, particularly in terms of the compliance of our livery contract templates, and other documentation available on the Yard Owner Hub, and having already previously worked with Hannah on supporting yard owner via webinars and other platforms, we are thrilled that she has joined forces with Aria Grace on a formal basis.
Prior to joining Aria Grace Equine Law, Hannah developed a high-quality practice advising all types of equestrian industry participants in relation to dispute resolution and litigation. Hannah guides and represents equine clients in all forums, including courts, mediations and through regulatory investigations. She acts for clients involved in sport up to Olympic level and is also a member of the Judicial Panel for both the British Horseracing Authority and the British Equestrian Federation.
Combining Hannah’s practice with the strength of the existing Aria Grace Equine Law corporate and commercial practice run by Jodie Seddon will provide both domestic and international clients with one source, whether commercial, corporate or contentious, for all their legal needs. Jodie, Hannah and Laura are united in their aim to ensure that top class, pragmatic and affordable legal advice is readily accessible to all within the equestrian industry, to support their ambitions and protect their interests. They work with individuals at all levels: from owners to Olympic riders, and with all types of equine-related businesses, including governing bodies, bloodstock agents, riders, owners, retailers, PR agencies, event organisers and sponsors.
Jodie comments: “We are delighted to welcome Hannah to Aria Grace Equine Law. We can now offer our clients full-service advice, from corporate and commercial matters to disputes. We can also collaborate to ensure that our advice is optimally structured, taking into account our legal skills, industry knowledge and commercial awareness”. Hannah adds: “I am thrilled to be joining Jodie and Laura at Aria Grace Equine Law. There is something particularly fulfilling in knowing that you are working as part of an organisation in which lawyers are using their knowledge and skills for the benefit of their clients, and for good causes. I am very happy that our work will benefit Spinal Research in their research to find a cure for paralysis, something which is particularly important to equestrians”.
In 2024, at least 5% of fees paid by Aria Grace Equine Law clients will be donated to Spinal Research. Spinal Research is the UK’s leading charity funding medical research around the world to develop effective treatments for paralysis caused by spinal cord injury. Exciting advances and clinical studies mean that we are now seeing the first generation of therapies which will deliver functional recovery for those suffering with a spinal cord injury. In simple terms this means that the goal of beating paralysis is now firmly in sight.
